International currecy exchange is the largest financial exchange market in the world. More than 1.8 trillion dollars are traded in the foreign currency market every day. Being able accuratly to analyze the risk vs. profit can make a trader sucessful at foreign currency trading in many world markets. A foreign currency exchange rate is the currency rate at which one currency may be converted into another, also called rate of exchange of foreign exchange rates or currency exchange rate.
Currency Exchange Rates
International currencies are quoted in pairs, such as EUR/USD or USD/JPY. The first listed currency is known as the base currency, while the second currency is called the counter or quote currency. The base currency is the "basis" for the buy or the sell.
Foreign Currency Trading
Foreign Currency Trading is the knowledge and business of making the currency in the international market by exchanging currencies of different countries. Forex trading is the place where one country's currency is exchanged or traded with another.
